EMDR

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that can process traumatic memories that have become stuck in the brain and body.

As an experienced trauma therapist, I incorporate EMDR within my practice, taking time to build a relationship and resource you before reprocessing memories

EMDR was designed to work with PTSD but can help with a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety and depression.

If you are interested to find out more about what approach might suit you best, please get in touch.

  • I’d tried lots of types of therapy but I couldn’t get past my trauma. I found Morag and it’s been life changing. After EMDR, my memories are so much more manageable. I don’t find myself responding in the present as though I was in the past. I would recommend this treatment to anyone.
